Excellent product, fair price, fast delivery, accurate info. The only bump in the road was when I was asked to comment and I pointed out that the hitch had broken through on both ends of the cardboard box it came in and the paint was scratched off. I only mentioned it because I was asked, I wasn't complaining. The response stunned me - it was argumentative - telling me that they meet the standards set by the service. That pissed me off and I complained. The next customer service person was very nice and offered me a couple of dollars to buy paint to touch it up if I send a photo of the problem. I just wish they would have said "We will look into reinforcing the ends or add "fill" to keep it from shifting around in the box. But the hitch has been on my car a month & I love it and I love the competitive pricing which left a few extra bucks in my wallet...
